Thank you for considering Lexington Clinic Foundation (LCF) as a partner in your work.

To assist you with the grant application process, please follow our step-by-step process.

1. FIT WITH THE LCF FUNDING PRIORITIES

We ask that you carefully review the grant guidelines to determine if your organization's programs or projects meet our funding criteria.

2. COMPLETE A GRANT APPLICATION

To be considered for funding, your organization must submit a complete grant application.

2012 Grant applications are due Friday, August 10, 2012 and must be received in our office by 4:00 p.m. that day; postmarked dates do not apply. No faxes or emails will be accepted.

Submit one, unbound copy of your proposal and attachments to:

3. THE REVIEW AND FUNDING DECISION

Each proposal is given careful consideration. If necessary, the Grant Review Committee will schedule meetings with prospective applicants prior to making recommendations to the Board. The Board will vote on the Committee’s recommendations at its October 23, 2012 board meeting. All applicants will receive written notification regarding funding decisions by the end of October 2012.
